Dan Kennedy
Educated at the University of Western Ontario, Dan employs his degree in Kinesiology as the foundation of his personal training business Elite Physique. Ingredients:
- 1 scoop Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Whey (Extreme Milk Chocolate)
- ½ tsp Xanthan Gum
- 1 tablespoon Cocoa
- ¾ cup Almond Breeze Unsweetened Chocolate
- 30g Avocado
Blend all ingredients until they have reached a pudding consistency. Pour or scoop out into popsicle molds. Let set in freezer until frozen. Enjoy!
