Just a short time ago, it was announced that we will see the new Redcon1 MRE Lite RTD launching January 2020. Word from Peak Performance, the Canadian distributor of Redcon1, is that they are expecting to see the new Redcon1 MRE Lite RTD arriving in Canada around the same time.
The biggest difference you’ll find in this new RTD, is that it will deliver 40 grams of protein in every serving. Redcon1 is planning to launch a total of six flavours of the new MRE Lite RTD, with flavours looking to be Chocolate, Vanilla, Oatmeal Chocolate Chip, Peanut Butter Cookie, Strawberry and Blueberry Cobbler.
As we saw in their IGTV video of the marketing team taste test, these names are not all confirmed, and CEO Aaron Singerman said they will likely start with an initial release of three flavours. Based on staff feedback, the leading flavours seem to be Chocolate Chip Cookie, Blueberry Cobbler and Vanilla, with Strawberry following close behind.
